I was looking forward to reviewing the uDate.com. This must be a winner, I thought, since this is one of the big names. Soon, my enthusiasm disappeared completely.

They claim to have "the most comprehensive matching facilities available anywhere on the Internet". May be, may be. It's also lots of trouble.

To begin with, there it is: an XXL questionnaire of 110 questions! Of course, you don't have to answer ALL of the questions, but if you don't, there's no point to the whole matchmaking system. What's more, if you DON'T answer majority of this 110 questions, you won't be allowed to write about yourself in your own words. Weird! Even more, your own words won't be visible to other members unless you pay for a full membership! Once again: weird.

Then the matching system. Here you have to fight with lots of options to set up your match criteria. I don't understand this: the system allows you to see members that were active only in the past 30 days. What about the others? Very weird.

Anyway, I was playing with options and trying hard to find my way, but the search results I got were inadequate, inconsistent and unsatisfactory. uDate.com claims to have millions of members. I'm doubtful. This dating site is very difficult to use and I just can't imagine millions of people patient enough to use it. I left the site disappointed.
